Prices:
For the sake of simplicity we quote prices in US dollars (USD). If you want to convert the price into your favourite currency, refer to the international rate of exchange. Inland sales may be paid in Czech crowns, the rate of exchange being the current rate of the currency against the US dollar on the date we received the order.
All prices are quoted VAT excluded. For deliveries to inland addresses we add a 19% VAT to the value of the delivery. No VAT applies to deliveries abroad.
Prices are given without the postage. Postage to USA $ 14.95 (international to be determined).

When I receive your order at our e-mail address we will acknowledge receipt by return e-mail message. That is why giving your e-mail address in the order form is of essence. At the same time we will send you a draft invoice showing the final price (i.e., including the post charge).
The moment we receive your order for a raw moldavite that item in the page will be marked "RESERVED".
An order can be cancelled before the goods selected by you are dispatched.
An order will be cancelled unilaterally on our part if in the case of payment by bank transfer the respective amount is not received within 15 days from the date of placing the order. The selected goods, in this case the selected raw stone, will be put back for sale.
